Arranged Thought LLC was founded in 2022 by Joanne and Jonathan Murray, who sought to create a client centric mental and behavioral health agency that would provide flexibility to clients in how they received services, including telehealth and in-person options.

JONATHAN MURRAY, LCSW

CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Jonathan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) that has been practicing since 2019.  He received his master's in social work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in May 2019, where he was awarded Best Direct Practitioner in his class.  Jonathan's approach to therapy is one of collaboration.  Jonathan's therapeutic approach is to provide context, perspectives, and education to clients, so they feel empowered to make the best decisions for themselves.  Jonathan views the therapeutic relationship, the relationship between clinician and client, as the foundation to therapeutic success, regardless of treatment approach or modality. Jonathan states, "The therapeutic path is one walked together, it is a path of support and understanding, free of judgement."

KAREN "SHELLY" ERVIN, LCSW

PSYCHOTHERAPIST

Shelly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) that has been practicing since 2019. She is dedicated to helping individuals find stability, healing, and hope during difficult seasons of life. Her work focuses on supporting people experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, suicidal thoughts, trauma, and major life transitions.


She integrates approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to provide both practical tools and deeper healing. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel understood and empowered to build a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Joanne received her BS in Healthcare Administration from University of Nevada, Las Vegas in May 2021. She is passionate about healthcare accessibility and streamlining provider-client connections. Joanne is currently the agency's primary point of contact for prospective and current clients and business relations. She enjoys developing new programs to benefit clients and clinicians alike.
